Alumia Homes represent a new, sustainable and innovative way of living, feasible anywhere with highest efficiency and respect for the environment.
Their innovative, earthquake-proof aluminium structure ensures safety and lightness, while the walls are made of eco-sustainable materials for natural comfort and high thermal and acoustic insulation.
The ceiling-mounted air conditioning system with heat pump, combined with controlled mechanical ventilation (CMV), ensures a healthy and optimized environment all year round. The houses are equipped with a home automation system for intelligent and customized space management, and a photovoltaic system with energy storage that allows them to produce more energy than they consume, thus achieving energy self-sufficiency.
Alumia homes embody a perfect balance between technological innovation, living comfort, and environmental sustainability, adapting to any local context and representing a responsible and cutting-edge housing model.

Aluminum Project House

Innovation, safety, and sustainability in the heart of the Italian region of Marche
A/P House – acronym for Aluminum Project House – it is the first residential building built by TM Group entirely in aluminium alloy, using Alumia brand technology. A pioneering project, born to concretely address the construction needs of central Italy, in particular those related to the seismicity of the Marche region.
Located in Sant’Elpidio a Mare, in the province of Fermo, the house represents a new frontier in earthquake-resistance and eco-sustainable construction. The goal: joining energy efficiency, structural strength and quality of living, in a replicable and innovative model.
6061-T6 alloy frame: safety and lightness
The heart of the project lies in the aluminium load-bearing structure, made with 6061-T6 alloy profiles, mechanically assembled through a system of bolted columns and beams. A precise technical choice, designed to guarantee high anti-seismic performance and a long lifespan.
The construction process began with the creation of the foundation slab in reinforced concrete, on which galvanized steel – tie rods – elements have been anchored in the base of the columns. Following this, the installation of the pillars and the main and secondary beams assembled together via “T-connectors”, completed by the insertion of bracing elements made of aluminium alloy, which ensure stability to the whole system.
Dry construction: speed and sustainability
All horizontal and vertical elements – such as floors and perimeter walls – were made dry with OSB panels (Oriented Strand Board), ensuring fast, clean and highly sustainable construction.
Two independent and modern housing units
The building was designed to accommodate two living units, each equipped with:
- Ceiling air conditioning system with heat pump
- Controlled mechanical ventilation
- Integrated domatics
- Photovoltaic system with storage system
- Private garden
- Covered parking space made with photovoltaic canopy
- Rationally distributed common spaces

Alu Waves
Aluminium Waves

In the heart of the seaside village of Porto San Giorgio, on the Adriatic coast of the Italian region of Marche, Alu Waves is an architectural project that concretely addresses the challenge of aluminium durability in coastal contexts with high exposure to salt air.
Alu Waves represents the first Alumia housing unit developed over three levels above ground. This modern and comfortable residence, just few steps from the sea, is designed to blend harmoniously into the village historic and landscape context.
A new beginning, in the name of innovation
The building was built to replace a pre-existing structure, free on three sides and adjacent to a typical maritime-style house. After the demolition of the original building, we started the works from the foundations, up to the installation of the new load-bearing structure: a system of beams and pillars in 6061-T6 aluminium alloy, assembled with mechanical joints using screws and bolts.
The building is spread vertically over three floors, culminating in a sloping tiled roof, beneath which is the living area with lounge, kitchen and guest bathroom.
Tradition and innovation in connection
Unlike the contemporary style of our previous A/P House, Alu Waves stands out for its more traditional and imposing aesthetics. The ground floor is notable for its textured façade, a reference to classical architecture that gives soundness and prestige to the whole building. Here, there is a utility room, a service bathroom, and a convenient garage—a real plus, considering the limited parking available in the area, which is very busy, especially during the summer. The exteriors are embellished with elegant balconies with plaster profiles in a classic style, with a textured façade which recalls traditional architecture and gives the building a sense of soundness and prestige, and with refined wrought iron railings in classic style.
The alternateX-bracing structure with diagonal elements, which develop in the spaces between the pillars, ensuring soundness and dynamism to the architectural composition.
Functional spaces and refined details
The interiors feature an eclectic and innovative style, enriched with high-performance materials and unique details, such as the scenographic aluminium staircase, intentionally left “bare” to enhance its texture and design. The staircase connects the three levels of the house, becoming a real furnishing element.
The first floor is permeated by the warmth of the Hungarian herringbone oak parquet , which covers the whole sleeping area composed of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a practical hallway, wardrobes and a closet.
The French windows open onto romantic balconies, small in size but with a strong aesthetic impact, which offer striking views of the village and the sea.

Alu Stone

The two residences in Frontignano (MC), set within the spectacular landscape of the Sibillini Mountains, were conceived to offer an authentic living experience where comfort, technology, and nature come together.
Their proximity to the chairlift and the Saliere ski slopes makes these homes ideal for enjoying the mountains in every season, surrounded by snow, forests, and breathtaking views.
The Alu Stone project stands out for its essential contemporary architecture, defined by pure volumes, sloping roofs, and a balanced dialogue between light plaster finishes and natural stone cladding, in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
Large glazed surfaces frame the mountain peaks and flood the interiors with natural light, creating warm, welcoming spaces that are deeply connected to the outdoors.
The aluminum structural system ensures lightness, strength, and seismic safety, delivering high performance and long-term durability. The highly insulated building envelope and efficient systems provide year-round thermal comfort: enveloping warmth in winter and optimal comfort in summer.
Two independent homes, modern and functional, designed for those who wish to experience the mountains with style, safety, and quality, in a natural setting of extraordinary beauty.
